What is Crescent Petals Apothecary's return and exchange policy?
Due to hygiene, safety, and the perishable nature of some of our natural ingredients (like healing butters or body scrubs), we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Our products often lack heavy preservatives and come into direct contact with the skin, making them unsafely resold once opened. We believe all skin is beautiful, but skin types vary, as do what the like. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use. If any affliction for which you are treating with our products worsens or persists, please seek medical attention from a professional.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! If your beautiful new items arrive damaged, don't worry. We will replace the damaged item(s) at no additional cost. To facilitate this, please email proof (photos) of the damage to crescentpetalsapothecary@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We're here to ensure you get to enjoy your our products as intended!
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing system to ensure quick dispatch. Therefore, we may not be able to cancel an order once it has been confirmed.
